The perfect mid week dinner casserole for the family.

- 1 lbs egg noodles
- 1 lbs. fresh broccoli
- 1 large onion
- 2 gloves garlic
- 1 lbs. ground beef
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- salt, pepper, paprika
1In a large skillet brown the ground beef until no pink is visible. Add the onions and the garlic and cook until translucent. Add the salt, pepper, tomato paste, paprika, basil and half of the sour cream and mix well with the ground beef.
2In separate pans, boil water and cook the broccoli for about 5 minutes and cook the pasta al dente. Do not overcook.
3In a greased casserole layer first the pasta, then the ground beef mixture and then the broccoli. Repeat the layers, then top with the rest of the sour cream and the mozzarella cheese.
4Preheat the oven to 350F and bake the casserole for 20-25 minutes until cheese is slightly brown.
